21) Keep your object selected. In the Transparency pallet, you now have two windows: the mirrored image and the gradient rectangle, which has now become the transparency mask. You can control the transparency effect by adjusting the gradient of your mask. The black portion of the gradient becomes transparent and white remains opaque. Adjust brightness of the black and white colors to achieve the most natural look. (Tip: To adjust the gradient in the mask, click on the mask window in the transparency pallet. After you are done, click on the window with your reflection image to continue working on your objects).
