Bioedit deals with the editing/proofreading/translation of manuscripts in the biological sciences, mostly for the Japanese/Korean market. By using the bright colors that we did, it already has the oriental flavor. Coupled with the identifiable image (semi abstract) of a butterfly landing on the B, this makes for a very sharp and successful logo.
